The Problem

Frequent software regressions delayed client release cycles by weeks due to manual testing bottlenecks.

What We Built

Every release required a multi-day manual regression pass. Because that pass was expensive, it happened late — which meant defects were found at the point where fixing them was most disruptive, and release dates slipped by weeks.

We inverted the order. Playwright suites now cover the user journeys that generate revenue, Postman collections verify every API contract, and both run on every pull request across parallel CI workers. A full regression pass completes in minutes.

Quality gates in GitHub Actions mean unstable code cannot merge to the production branch. The decision to release stopped being a judgement call and became a pipeline status.

Regression coverage reached 100% of the defined critical paths, and release deployment became roughly four times faster — not because the team worked faster, but because the slowest step was no longer manual.

Their software testing practice is among the best we've worked with. API testing and automated Playwright scripts saved us dozens of hours before every major deployment.

Have A Similar Problem?

Most operational bottlenecks look different from the inside than they do on paper. A short call is usually enough to tell which one you actually have.
